Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Benefits Lead to implement and configure Workday Benefits for our global clients. You will manage customer relationships, design secure and scalable benefit configurations, and ensure solutions are fit for purpose and commercially viable.

You will mentor other consultants, share best practices, and contribute to thought leadership in the Workday delivery practice, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workday Benefit implementations.
• Deep Workday Benefits expertise; Payroll/Core HCM a plus.
• Config, security, and business process design for Workday Benefits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Workday Benefits Certification.
• Understanding of Workday delivery methodologies.
• Excellent customer management and client-presentations abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites regionally.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional consultants.

Responsibilities
