Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams, ensuring maximum value from Workday investments. You will implement and configure Workday solutions across multiple HCM modules, lead projects, and mentor teammates while maintaining a strong client focus.

Required are 4+ years in Workday, deep product knowledge, and excellent communication. Travel is expected up to 5% with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, or Workday AMS/Post Production services.
• Strong client focus with ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to guide client discussions to agreement.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base across Workday HCM modules.
• Lead medium to large projects across multiple clients with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and coach team members; drive best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality delivery through effective communication.
