Radley James is seeking a senior UI/UX Workstream Lead to own the UX workstream within a large-scale HCM transformation programme. The role ensures a consistent, accessible and user-friendly experience for employees, managers, candidates, recruiters and HR teams.

You will act as the programme's independent UX and accessibility authority, providing governance across multiple workstreams and ensuring user experience is considered through design, configuration, testing and deployment.

Formación

• Senior UX/EX or transformation lead with experience in large programmes.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and decision influence.
• Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the UI/UX workstream and drive outcomes across the programme.
• Establish UX governance across the HCM implementation.
• Embed accessibility requirements and evidence them in the solution.
• Oversee end-to-end employee and manager journeys for consistency.
