Job summary

ITConnect is seeking a Senior UX Designer specialized in digital accessibility to support accessibility audits and build scalable capability within its DX/DTO organization in Wrocław.

The role focuses on evaluating applications against WCAG 2.2 AA, identifying risks, and translating findings into actionable guidance for product and engineering teams, with hands-on accessibility testing including keyboard navigation and screen-reader walkthroughs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer with a strong specialization in digital accessibility and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applications against WCAG 2.2 AA and identify accessibility risks across key journeys.
• Prioritize issues by user impact and severity.
• Translate findings into clear remediation guidance for product and engineering teams.
• Conduct keyboard-only and screen-reader walkthroughs to identify issues automated tools miss.
• Help teams design accessibly from the start and contribute to accessibility methodology and standards.
