Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Design/Developer to acting as the design and front-end technical lead for client facing Portals.

The role blends UX ownership with hands-on senior front-end engineering leadership to deliver pixel-accurate, accessible portal experiences. You will translate business requirements into validated prototypes, lead the mid-level team, and collaborate with backend teams to ensure feasible, scalable front-end designs while maintaining WCAG accessibility and

Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency with design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and design systems.
Strong hands-on React.js + TypeScript development experience.
Experience turning designs into production-ready, accessible UI.
Familiarity with containerized environments and modern CI/CD.
Excellent stakeholder communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

Own requirements-to-prototype pipeline with stakeholders and produce wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Define and enforce UI/UX standards and design system usage across TA Portal apps.
Architect and build React/TypeScript front-end components and shared UI libraries.
Review PRs and provide feedback on design fidelity and code quality.
Collaborate with backend teams to ensure feasible front-end designs.
Drive WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and responsive design across portal screens.
Lead usability testing sessions and iterate designs from user feedback.
Mentor mid-level UI/UX developers in design thinking and React best practices.
Participate in governance reviews as design owner for the portal.
