Job summary

Logifuture is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead Agile Scrum teams and steer software delivery with a focus on quality, scalability, and AI-enabled processes. You will mentor engineers, drive Agile adoption, and collaborate with product owners to align scope and timelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and ongoing upskilling of teams in AI-assisted development within the iGaming domain, with hybrid/remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience managing software development teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Jira.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams with hands-on guidance and mentorship; conduct performance reviews and set objectives.
• Drive Agile delivery; ensure scrum alignment and sprint goal achievement across teams.
• Partner with product owners to define scope, requirements and priorities; manage timelines and budgets.
• Safeguard technical quality and scalability; promote best practices in development, testing and code quality.
• Lead AI tooling adoption across the SDLC; define safe usage guidelines and upskill engineers.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement; report status, risks and issues to leadership.
