Job summary

Logifuture is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead Agile Scrum teams and steer software delivery with a focus on quality, scalability, and AI-enabled processes. You will mentor engineers, drive Agile adoption, and collaborate with product owners to align scope and timelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and ongoing upskilling of teams in AI-assisted development within the iGaming domain, with hybrid/remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience managing software development teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Jira.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams with hands-on guidance and mentorship; conduct performance reviews and set objectives.
• Drive Agile delivery; ensure scrum alignment and sprint goal achievement across teams.
• Partner with product owners to define scope, requirements and priorities; manage timelines and budgets.

Job description

Reporting directly to the Group CTO, the Software Development Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the software development process and leading our Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software products efficiently. You will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring the adoption of Agile best practices, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership and people development — manage several engineering teams with hands‑on guidance and mentorship; run performance reviews, set clear objectives, and support each engineer's professional growth
• Agile delivery — drive adoption of and adherence to Agile Scrum across all teams, facilitate the development and keep the team's work aligned to sprint goals and project objectives
• Project and stakeholder management — partner with product owners and business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and priorities; own timelines, resource allocation, and budgets; identify and mitigate risks and impediments to delivery
• Technical quality — work with technical leads and architects to safeguard the quality and scalability of software solutions, and promote best practices in development, code quality, and testing
• AI adoption and upskilling — lead the introduction of AI tooling across the SDLC (coding, code review, testing, documentation, and release), define guidelines for safe and effective use, upskill engineers through training and hands‑on enablement, and measure the impact on delivery speed and quality
• Culture, communication, and innovation — foster collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement; review and refine team processes; stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies; and communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience managing software development teams in an Agile Scrum environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Agile tools (e.g., Jira)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, programming languages, and technologies relevant to the company's projects
• Experience with project management tools and practicesAbility to make data‑driven decisions and manage resources effectivelyPractical experience rolling out AI‑assisted development tools within engineering teams, and upskilling engineers to use them effectively would be a great asset
• The strongest candidates will bring hands‑on experience in iGaming casino aggregation — integrating game providers and aggregation platforms — together with a track record of managing B2B clients and delivering bespoke iGaming frontends for operator partners
