Job summary

UBS Group AG is seeking a skilled professional for Investment Management Operations Trade Processing in Poland. The team handles confirmation, affirmation and settlement for securities trading within UBS Asset Management and collaborates with managers, traders and custodians across regions.

The role requires strong understanding of global markets, a broad set of instruments, and a proactive, compliant mindset. Polish offices in Kraków and Wrocław support US hours where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Buy-Side trade processing environment.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Experience with securities and FX instruments.

Responsibilities

• Provide confirmation, affirmation and settlement services for securities trading.
• Work with global teams to settle trades across asset classes.
• Ensure compliance with market regulations and risk controls.
