Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead SAP FICO Consultant to drive global finance transformation initiatives. You will design, configure and implement SAP-based solutions and lead onshore and offshore teams through complex deployments.

The role demands hands-on SAP FICO expertise, strong cross-module knowledge with SD/MM/WM, and excellent stakeholder management. Travel up to 60 days/year and a hybrid work model within Poland are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong background integrating finance with core upstream modules like SD, MM and WM.
• Understanding of Payroll integration with finance processes.
• Proficiency in financial accounting and controlling setup incl. bank accounting, cash management and asset management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 3 complete lifecycle implementations
• Strong background in integrating finance with core upstream modules like SD, MM, and WM
• Understanding of how Payroll integrates with finance processes
• Proficiency in financial accounting and controlling setup, covering bank accounting, cash management, and asset management
• Experience with project systems and project accounting setupAbility to lead and run workshops while managing onshore and offshore teams
• Strong client-facing consulting skills paired with excellent communication
• Enthusiasm for driving finance transformation and delivering value
• Interest in contributing to both the finance team and SAP practice strategy
• Willingness to travel as needed
• English proficiency at B2+ level
