Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an SAP SD Consulting Team Lead to guide a group of consultants focused on Sales Order Management. The role involves client interaction to gather requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The candidate should have 10+ years in SAP SD, hands-on capability, and strong communication. This position offers hybrid work with regular travel to Stuttgart/Germany.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP SD consulting experience, with contracts, call-offs and ATP topics.
• Ability to lead a team of 5-8 consultants, mentoring and guiding delivery.
• Willingness to work hands-on as a consultant when needed.
• S/4HANA experience is required.
• Experience with SAP AFS is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, time management and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Join our team as a SAP SD Consulting Team Lead! We are looking for an individual to lead a group of consultants responsible for Sales Order Management processes. If you have extensive experience in SAP SD and the ability to motivate a team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes
• Design solutions, create specifications, make customizations to the system, and test them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• SAP SD consulting experience of 10+ years, including strong expertise in topics such as contracts, call-offs, and ATP
• Ability to lead a team of 5-8 consultants
• Readiness to work hands-on as a consultant
• S/4HANA experience
• Working experience with SAP AFS is a significant plus
• Excellent communication, prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management skills
• English language proficiency at a B2+ level
• Ability to work remotely with regular trips to Stuttgart/Germany - 3 days monthly
