Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead SAP FICO Consultant to drive finance transformation on global projects. You will design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions, guiding onshore and offshore teams through complex deployments.

Key duties include gathering requirements, leading workshops, and ensuring tight integration with SD/MM/WM and payroll processes. Travel up to 60 days per year and a hybrid work model in Poland are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong background in integrating finance with core upstream modules like SD, MM, and WM.
• Understanding of Payroll integration with finance processes.
• Proficiency in financial accounting and controlling setup, incl. bank, cash, asset management.
• Experience with project systems and project accounting setup.
• Ability to lead workshops and manage onshore/offshore teams.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills and excellent communication.
• Willingness to travel; English at B2+.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tailor functionality to meet customer business and industry requirements.
