Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to design, configure, and support SAP Finance and Controlling modules with a focus on Asset Accounting. You will work with business stakeholders to integrate financial processes and deliver compliant, impactful solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring FI/CO modules, upkeeping documentation, and training end-users. Collaboration with finance, IT, and supply chain teams is essential, as is ensuring regulatory compliance and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
• 3+ years SAP FICO consultant experience with Asset Accounting and Taxes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA platform and IFRS/local accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FI modules: GL, AP/AR, and Asset Accounting.
• Configure and customize SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting, PA, and Internal Orders.
• Support implementations, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP FICO modules.
• Troubleshoot SAP FICO issues to ensure continuous operations.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and supply chain teams for cohesive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Provide training sessions for end-users.
• Prepare clear documentation for configurations and processes.

We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant to play a vital role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling modules for our clients, with a particular focus on Fixed Assets. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of financial processes. Join our team and help deliver impactful, compliant financial solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Asset Accounting
• Configure and customize SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Internal Orders
• Support implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP FICO modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO system issues to ensure continuous operations
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive solutions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control frameworks
• Provide comprehensive training sessions for end-users
• Prepare and maintain clear, detailed documentation for configurations and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years SAP FICO consultant experience with focus on Asset Accounting and Taxes
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA platform
• Understanding of financial processes, IFRS, and local accounting standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
