Job summary

GlobalLogic in Kraków is seeking a Proxy Product Owner (Business Analyst) to drive vision, strategy and delivery of digital products within the subscription and cloud platform. You will own the product backlog, set priorities and ensure increments deliver value.

Collaborate with global Agile teams, translate business needs into requirements, manage stakeholders, and measure success with OKRs/KPIs. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and cloud-native delivery.

Qualifications

• Must-have: degree in a related field.
• Proven Proxy Product Owner/PM experience in software or IT.
• Strong Agile knowledge: Scrum, Kanban, backlog mgmt.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Data-driven prioritization while balancing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence for backlog mgmt.
• Cloud-native software delivery, microservices, APIs, CI/CD.
