Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Proxy Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of one or more digital products within the Client's subscription and cloud platform. You will own the backlog, prioritize to maximize business value, and balance customer and business needs within a global agile team.

Qualifications

Experience as Proxy Product Owner or Product Manager in software or IT.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
Data-driven prioritization balancing stakeholder interests.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
Engage stakeholders across regions and leadership to align on objectives.
Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of increments.
Monitor KPIs and drive data-informed decisions for product direction.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation.
