Job summary

GlobalLogic in Kraków is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer who aims to step into a Proxy Product Owner role. You will stay close to code while influencing business stakeholders for faster, high-impact delivery.

This role is on-site, five days per week, with English and Polish at least B2. You will design and develop embedded automotive software for major European OEMs, lead product-oriented discussions, and drive quality through tests across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial C++ experience with modern standards (C++14+).
• Hands-on with unit testing frameworks and high test coverage.
• Comfortable in CLI-driven environments and basic familiarity with QNX OS.
• Proactive, accountable with strong communication and team focus.
• On-site availability 5 days a week.
• English and Polish at least B2, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on embedded automotive software development for major European OEMs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align requirements with technical execution.
• Design and implement tests; improve overall test coverage.
• Engage in full SDLC for high-performance automotive software.
• Work with international teams and client representatives.
