Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. in Kraków is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to advance embedded automotive platforms and to evolve into a Proxy Product Owner. You will stay close to coding while gaining visibility with executive stakeholders to align technical delivery with the broader product strategy.

The role requires 5+ years of C++ experience, hands-on testing discipline, and familiarity with QNX. On-site, five days a week, with English and Polish at B2 level, and collaboration with international teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial C++ experience with modern standards (C++14 and beyond).
• Hands-on unit testing and high test coverage.
• Familiar with CLI environments and basic QNX OS.
• Proactive, accountable, strong communication with a team-first mindset.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on embedded automotive software development for major OEMs.
• Product Leadership (Proxy PO): align requirements with strategic vision and ensure delivery flow.
• Design test cases, write unit tests, and improve test coverage.
• Participate in the full SDLC with international teams and client representatives.
