Job summary

Sabre, a leading AI-native technology platform, seeks a highly skilled Lead Product Owner to shape the future of our digital commerce engine. You will drive multi-year strategy for airlines’ shopping, booking, and post-purchase servicing across omnichannel experiences at scale.

You will lead the transition from legacy workflows to modular, modern retailing architectures while ensuring the platform remains customizable, scalable, and enterprise-ready, with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, B2B2C travel tech, headless commerce, or complex transactional platforms.
• Deep understanding of airline retailing ecosystem and migration from legacy PSS to Offer & Order models.
• Strong technical depth with RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and align senior stakeholders while balancing legacy stability and modern architecture.
• Human-centered design mindset translating complex order management into intuitive UX.
• Analytical mastery with funnel analytics, A/B testing, and product performance metrics.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills for C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive the multi-year roadmap for the digital commerce engine and transition from legacy PNR/EMD/ticket workflows to modern Offer & Order standards.
• Lead the UX platform for offer creation, dynamic bundles, and streamlined order fulfillment/servicing.
• Oversee platform modernization focusing on microservices, APIs, extensibility, and white-label customization.
• Collaborate with Principal Architects, Engineering Leads, Product Designers, and Client Delivery teams.
• Balance customer demands with legacy system migration and tech debt investments using framework-driven decisions.
• Engage with airline partners and advisory boards to guide transformation journeys.
• Establish telemetry and analytics to measure offer conversion and revenue per passenger.
