Sabre Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead profile-related initiatives across Airline Profiles, Distribution Profiles, Loyalty, and Customer Insights.

You will own day-to-day product ownership, engage with airline customers and partners, and ensure scalable, unified traveler data experiences across Sabre products. In this hands-on role you will bridge Airline and Distribution ecosystems, drive backlog and Jira practices, and work with cross-functional teams to translate

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee profile-related product initiatives across Airline and Distribution domains, identifying convergence opportunities between profiles.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Care, Commercial, and Engineering teams to align vision and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing product contact for change requests and workshops.
• Translate requirements into reusable capabilities and well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Drive backlog governance, Jira hygiene, and transparent reporting for prioritization.
• Support Agile Scrum delivery by coordinating with technical and business teams and ensuring quality.
• Analyze and triage production issues and support resolution.
