The role involves close collaboration with Product, Architecture, Care, Commercial, and Engineering teams to align requirements, manage customer change requests, and drive scalable, backlog-driven delivery in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee profile-related product initiatives across Airline and Distribution domains, identifying convergence opportunities between Airline Profiles and Distribution Profiles to establish a unified traveler data strategy.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Care, Commercial, and Engineering teams to establish a shared vision, align cross-functional dependencies, and ensure continuous deliverable alignment.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing product contact for Change Requests (CRs), functional inquiries, workshops, and solution deep dives, translating customer requirements into reusable and scalable capabilities.
• Own and manage the product backlog, translating business needs into well-defined user stories, explicit acceptance criteria, and clear delivery plans.
• Drive backlog governance and Jira management practices, maintaining backlog hygiene, workflow execution, reporting transparency, and effective prioritization.
• Support Agile Scrum delivery by facilitating clear communication between technical and business teams, resolving blockers, and reviewing delivered work to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
