Job summary

Sabre Kraków is seeking a Lead Product Owner to shape the future of our digital commerce platform. You will drive the multi-year roadmap, modernize retailing architecture, and ensure a scalable, enterprise-ready engine for airlines.

You will collaborate with architects, engineering, product design, and client teams to bridge legacy debt, enable API-driven extensibility, and measure impact with telemetry and experiments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management for enterprise SaaS or complex transactional platforms.
• Experience with airline retailing ecosystems and migration to modern Offer & Order models.
• Ability to translate architectural shifts into business value for executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-year roadmap for the digital commerce engine and transition legacy workflows to modern IATA Offer & Order standards.
• Lead UX and order management architecture for dynamic bundles, ancillaries, and fulfillment.
• Guide platform modernization via microservices, APIs, and extensibility frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering, design, and client delivery to manage legacy tech debt.
• Engage customers and industry via advisory boards and co-innovation initiatives.
• Establish telemetry, funnel analytics, and experimentation to measure conversions and revenue per passenger.
