Job summary
OneOcean is seeking a Development Team Leader (.Net) to guide a skilled group of developers, align engineering with business goals and promote best practices across the team. You will mentor peers, drive architecture decisions, and ensure predictable delivery through effective sprint planning and collaboration with Architects, Product Owners and DevOps.
The role requires strong leadership, extensive .NET experience, and a passion for agile, DevOps, and modern software design.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial software development experience.
- 3+ years leading Scrum teams with Agile practices.
- Strong .NET and object-oriented programming expertise.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and REST/GraphQL.
- Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and DevOps tooling.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of .Net developers to deliver aligned goals and milestones.
- Mentor engineers, support their technical and professional growth.
- Promote best practices in coding, architecture and testing.
- Plan capacity, sprints and delivery milestones for predictable output.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Product and DevOps to meet business objectives.
