Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading development teams on enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on React experience with hooks and modern frontend tooling.
• Proven Azure platform experience with DevOps pipelines.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and automated testing frameworks.
• Containerization with Docker and IaC tooling (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, participate in architecture reviews, and contribute to hands-on development for full-stack applications using .NET and React, deployed on Azure.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and operations to deliver production-ready software within timelines.
• Define, implement, and uphold engineering best practices covering coding standards, security, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers; support resource planning, delivery estimation, and technical decision-making.
• Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
