Job summary

UpcoMinds is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to own the technical delivery of business-domain features. You will lead development teams and work closely with DevOps, QA, UX/UI, and business analysts to design, develop, deploy and maintain enterprise applications.

The role focuses on C#/.NET, Angular, microservices, and enterprise software, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and shape architecture across UI, BFF, services and data layers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined post-secondary education and professional work experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with .NET technologies in Windows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Level 6 in CS/SE or related field.
• Strong command of English at C1 level (CEFR).
• Proven experience leading development teams.
• Experience with full SDLC from requirements to maintenance.
• Experience with Visual Studio, IIS and Nginx, bug tracking and version control.
• Relational DBs: PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and enterprise-scale systems.
• Ability to guide junior/mid developers and produce technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers within the assigned sub-domain and own technical delivery of domain features.
• Design and deliver Angular micro-frontends and C#/.NET microservices; use NestJS/Node.js where appropriate.
• Own user stories from design through delivery.
• Prepare technical designs and drive refinement sessions.
• Maintain domain components across UI, BFF, services, databases and integrations.
• Ensure architecture, quality, security, maintainability and testability.
• Perform code reviews and resolve complex issues.
• Support releases, deployments and production troubleshooting.
• Act as 2nd/3rd line tech support and transfer knowledge to the team.
• Coach and mentor junior developers and coordinate teams.
