It offers a hybrid model with 3 days per week at the Kraków client office in Poland. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software development, 1+ year leadership experience, strong C#/.NET, and Azure expertise, plus SQL proficiency.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong C# .NET skills with emphasis on .NET Core.
• Hands-on Azure cloud experience for building/deploying solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Fluent English, B2 level or higher.
• Nice to have knowledge of Databricks for data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Guide the design and development of robust, scalable software solutions
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members throughout the development process
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear technical plans
• Oversee code quality through reviews and the enforcement of best practices
• Coordinate work across the team to ensure timely and consistent delivery
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team toward effective resolutions
• Support planning and estimation efforts to keep projects on track
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing better tools, practices, and approaches to the team's workflow

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development
• At least one year of experience leading and managing teams
• Strong skills in C# .NET, with particular emphasis on .NET Core frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure for building and deploying cloud-based solutions
• Proficiency in SQL for managing and querying relational databases
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
• Nice to have Knowledge of Databricks to support data processing and analytics workflows
