Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design, participate in architecture reviews, and contribute to hands-on development for full-stack applications using .NET and React, deployed on Azure.

Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and operations to deliver production-ready software within demanding timelines.

Define, implement, and uphold engineering best practices covering coding standards, security, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers; support resource planning, delivery estimation, and technical decision-making.

Must-Have Skills

Demonstrated experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

Advanced expertise in .NET (Core/.NET 6+), C#, and backend service architecture (APIs, microservices).

Strong hands-on experience with React, including hooks, state management patterns, and modern frontend build tools.

Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure services such as App Services or AKS, Azure Functions, Azure SQL or Cosmos DB, Azure AD/Azure B2C, and DevOps pipelines.

Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, automated testing frameworks, containerization (Docker), and Infrastructure as Code tooling (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform).
