Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to industrialize the production launch of new Radar sensors for the customer. You will lead the manufacturing organization from design award through serial production and serve as the single point of contact between the design team and the production plant.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in automotive or electronics, and collaboration to ensure DFM/DFA, adherence to the Product Development Process, and delivery of a robust, scalable

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering/Technical/Industrial mgmt discipline.
• Experience in Automotive or Electronics Industry is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing organization in bringing the new Safety product from Business Award through serial production.
• Be the Single Point contact between the Design team and Production plant.
• Evaluating and presenting manufacturing proposals.
• Manage the overall Industrialization Project.
• Collaborating with other engineers to ensure DFM/DFA.
• Ensure compliance with our Product Development Process requirements.
