Job summary

Aptiv PLC in Poland seeks an experienced Manufacturing/Engineering professional to support product launches and optimize production. You will coordinate resources for proto builds, contribute to capability studies, and help maintain key KPIs across a global network.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive manufacturing, a technical degree, and strong project management with excellent English and Polish communication. A full-time position in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive industry, preferably in manufacturing engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or similar with technical education.
• Excellent project management skills and strong problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work and live in a global network environment.
• Fluent business English and Polish, with high interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product launches from DV.
• Provide resources to support proto/engineering builds and feedback findings.
• Provide engineering resources and training during MQ1 and MQ2.
• Support and report day-to-day activities to improve/maintain production KPIs (e.g., OEE, FTQ).
• Support team members in production meetings and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain and fulfill master PM schedule and optimize machine up-time.
• Plan and conduct LSR, document findings and share lessons learned.
• Review capacity planning and equipment/tooling purchases for capacity increases.
• Attend PDT meetings and drive proper escalation based on LME or representation.

Your Role

• Support product launches from DV

• Provide people and equipment resources to support proto/engineering builds, capability studies, etc. and feedback build findings such as design/test/supplier related issues.

• Provide engineering resources to support & to be trained during MQ1 and MQ2.

• Support and report day-to-day activities to improve/maintain production SPQVC KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc)

• Supporting team members of production meetings (DPM, Operations review, MRVA, Quality review, Escalations, etc.)

• Maintain & fulfill master PM schedule & optimize machine up-time

• Plan and conduct LSR, documentation, close findings & share lesson learnt

• Review with IE on capacity planning, purchase and install equipment/tooling for capacity increase needs

• Attend the regular PDT meetings and drive a proper escalation in case of problems, based on LME request or even on representation

Your background

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive industry, preferred in manufacturing engineering

• Bachelor’s degree or similar with technical education

• Excellent project management skills
