Aptiv is seeking a Test Engineering professional in Kraków to collaborate across functions for accurate requirements management and testing. You will develop specifications for end-of-line test equipment, design and industrialize solutions, and drive efficiency with Lean practices.
The role requires 5+ years in measuring technologies, knowledge of automotive protocols, and strong English communication. You will join a global network with opportunities for training and career growth.
Cross-function collaboration for proper requirements management, including calibration, testing, programming, product labeling, functional safety and cyber security, etc. Develop specifications for EOL test equipment in accordance with customer and Aptiv specifications. Design and industrialize test equipment in accordance to Lean manufacturing, continuously improve cycle time, machine cost and test coverage. Best practice and Lessons learned exchange globally, including active cooperation with MTT group. Acquire and maintain standards for test procedures and test equipment. Customer contact to represent the required test concept and the planning status. Provide technical trainings to other test engineers.
Bachelor degree and above for similar with technical education Minimum 5 years experiences in measuring technologies and principles Good Knowledge in programming languages Good knowledge in communication protocols of automotive industry Experience in instrumentation as well as machine safety in accordance to EU standards Background in automotive industry is preferred Business fluent English Good communication skills Good project management skills Strong problem solving capability Ability to work in a global network environment Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive work style
