Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a seasoned Test Equipment Engineer in Poland to drive cross-functional collaboration for accurate requirements management, calibration, testing, programming, labeling, safety and cyber security. You will develop specifications for EOL test equipment per Aptiv standards and industrialize tests to improve cycle time and coverage.

Design, implement, and optimize test equipment in line with Lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in measuring technologies and principles.
• Good knowledge in programming languages.
• Good knowledge in automotive industry communication protocols.
• Experience in instrumentation and machine safety per EU standards.
• Background in automotive industry preferred.
• Business fluent English.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a global network environment.
• Energetic, self-motivated, proactive.

Responsibilities
