Job summary

Capgemini Poland seeks an Agentic AI Consultant to design and deliver AI solutions that blend LLMs, RAG, copilots, and agent-based workflows for enterprise environments. You will partner with clients to translate business needs into scalable, secure applications deployed on AWS, Azure, or GCP with focus on usability and production readiness.

You will work in a hybrid setup, contribute to LLMOps and MLOps, support workshops, and participate in architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in data science, ML, and applied AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, GenAI evaluation.
• Understanding of Agentic AI patterns: multi-step workflows, tool calling, memory, orchestration.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS or Azure or GCP.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, AutoGen.
• Understanding of testing, version control, CI/CD, and production deployment.
• Client-facing consulting experience.

Your role

As an Agentic AI Consultant, you will design and deliver AI solutions that combine LLMs, RAG, copilots, and agent-based workflows in enterprise environments. Your Profile

• Strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and applied AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and GenAI evaluation.
• Understanding of Agentic AI patterns, including multi-step workflows, tool calling, memory, and orchestration.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS or Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with services at least in one cloud platform such as:
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, AutoGen or similar.
• Understanding of testing, version control, CI/CD, and production deployment.
• Confidence in a client-facing, consulting environment.
• Strong ownership, pragmatic mindset, and focus on delivery.
