Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education in Poland is seeking a dishwasher to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils, while maintaining an orderly kitchen area and equipment.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, comply with safety standards, and contribute to smooth kitchen operations. A Food Handler Certificate is preferred, and prior dishwashing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Keep dishes, glassware and utensils clean and sanitary to procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized kitchen area and equipment.
• Handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils.
• Polish silver using burnishing methods and equipment as required.
• Keep dish and kitchen areas clean and ensure equipment is safe to use.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and assist with loading and unloading supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
