intent seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead mobile and web projects for IoT, wearables, and connected devices, acting as the single point of contact for US-based clients and coordinating a cross-functional team daily.

Role is fully remote with flexible hours. Candidates should have 4+ years in PM, strong English, and proven experience delivering complex software-enabled hardware projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management in a software house or digital agency.
• Hands-on experience delivering custom software from scratch to release.
• Experience in IoT, wearables, or connected-device projects.
• Comfort with hardware-software trade-offs (firmware delays, OTA, certifications).
• Solid Agile foundations, especially Scrum.
• Ability to step into Scrum Master or Product Owner role if needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• English at C1+ (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for our US-based clients.
• Manage web and mobile projects end to end: discovery, scoping, launch, and what comes after.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of designers, developers, QA, and other PMs.
• Run Scrum ceremonies, plan sprints, manage backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health.
• Co-create product vision with clients: features, MVP strategy, value delivery.
• Lead staffing and resource planning with other chapters.
• Push for better ways of working inside your squad and across the company.
• Use AI tools as part of daily workflow.
