Job summary

AVSystem is seeking an IoT Technical Project Manager to oversee delivery of our scalable device management and FOTA platform for IoT markets (Utilities & Industrial). You will lead IoT projects used by top enterprises worldwide and collaborate with customers across the globe as part of our Customer Success Team.

You will manage project scope, budget, timeline and risks, translate customer expectations to development teams, and coordinate with product and engineering to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in IT/telecom.
• Hands-on experience in implementation team management.
• English proficiency C1 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for product delivery and integration.
• Lead and manage communication in the project.
• Manage project scope, budget, time, priorities and risks.
• Take responsibility for deliverables.
• Ensure customers’ processes are complete and compliant with product capabilities.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams.
• Translate customer expectations to development teams.
• Deliver and pre-organise feedback from customers.
• Maintain and extend project artefacts records.

Job description

We’re looking for an IoT Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our highly scalable device management and FOTA platform for the IoT market (Utilities & Industrial). In this role, you’ll lead IoT projects used by top enterprises and industry leaders. You’ll collaborate with customers worldwide and be an integral part of our Customer Success Team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management in IT or telecommunication industry
• Hands‑on experience in implementation team management
• Good understanding of technical aspects of accompanying technologies (TCP/IP networks, HTTP, DHCP, servers, applications, APIs etc.)
• Very good knowledge of English language – C1 desirable
• Ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and establish relationships at all levels
• Team player with collaborative mindset and problem‑solving nature

Nice to have

• Bachelor degree in engineering (especially in telecommunication, IT)
• Experience in delivery in on‑premises and SaaS models in diverse environments
• Previous hands‑on experience in networks is a big plus
• Experience in IT monitoring software – admin or user
• Knowledge of IoT domain
