Job summary

intent is seeking a Senior iOS Developer who knows BLE inside out to work on real hardware projects. This is a freelance (time & material) engagement with hours paid as you work, and a three-month ramp to assess fit.

If successful, there is a path to a permanent contract with full benefits. You’ll build and maintain iOS apps that talk to peripherals over BLE, collaborate with firmware, QA, PMs, and designers, and contribute to tests, CI/CD, and knowledge sharing in a fully remote setup with

Qualifications

• 3+ years writing production Swift.
• Strong BLE integration experience.
• Structured concurrency in Swift required.
• CI/CD experience with modern tools.
• Unit testing discipline with XCTest/Quick/Nimble.
• English at least B2, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain iOS apps that communicate with hardware peripherals over BLE.
• Specify, plan, and estimate new modules and features.
• Write and maintain unit tests with a TDD mindset.
• Keep CI/CD pipelines healthy (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Travis).
• Review pull requests and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with firmware, QA, PMs and designers.
