Job summary

TechTree is hiring a Project Manager for a long-term near-site engagement in Warsaw, supporting a major EU agency for SharePoint/ServiceNow-based software delivery. You will own end-to-end delivery, establish controls, and lead stakeholder communications.

The role requires 5+ years IT experience (3+ in PM), a recognized certification, a master's degree, and English at C1. Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power Platform, and cybersecurity is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years IT-relevant experience, including 3+ years as PM or in a similar role.
At least one certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or PM2 Agile (Foundation alone won't meet the bar).
Master's-level education; English at C1.
Experience leading at least one medium-to-large ICT project as PM with PM methodologies and Agile in practice.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow SPM Agile boards.
Experience managing projects on SharePoint 2019/Subscription/Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
Good knowledge of cybersecurity and personal-data-privacy functional/security requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Manage ICT/software-delivery projects end-to-end with controls, milestones, and deliverables.
Establish and run project controls, tracking issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies.
Assure and control the quality of project deliverables.
Liaise with the Project Board and other key stakeholders.
Assign and control tasks, balance workload, and motivate the project team.
Prepare and present reports, written technical documentation and project presentations.
Organize and run project meetings.
