Job summary

SEIDOR is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager in Warsaw to lead projects across SharePoint, Power Platform and ServiceNow. You will manage full lifecycles, control scope and ensure quality while coordinating stakeholders and teams.

Ideal candidates bring PMP, a Master’s degree, and at least five years in IT with three years in ICT project leadership. Strong Agile experience and familiarity with Microsoft tech stacks are required.

Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced ICT Project Managers to join our team in Warsaw, working on projects involving SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform and ServiceNow technologies.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• Manage ICT projects throughout their complete lifecycle and scope.
• Establish and manage project controls to ensure milestones are achieved and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Ensure and control the quality of project deliverables.
• Identify, track and communicate project issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies.
• Liaise with the Project Board, business stakeholders and other key stakeholders.
• Assign and control tasks and work packages, balancing team priorities and workload.
• Coordinate and motivate project team members.
• Plan and control project product delivery processes.
• Manage internal and external project communications.
• Produce project management documentation, including plans, logs and schedules.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports and project presentations.
• Organise and conduct project meetings.

Requirements

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

At least one of the following is required:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Master's Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project experience relevant to the profile / similar position.
• Experience leading at least one medium-to-large ICT project as Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of IT and its application to business requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, suppliers and business stakeholders.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

We are particularly looking for experience in:

• Managing team activities using Azure DevOps and/or ServiceNow SPM Agile Boards.
• Business stakeholder management and a client-oriented approach.
• Managing projects involving Microsoft technologies such as:
  • SharePoint 2019
  • SharePoint Subscription Edition
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • Power Apps
  • Dataverse
• Managing projects involving ServiceNow, including custom applications and modules such as:
  • Enterprise Asset Management

• Good knowledge of Cyber Security requirements and personal data privacy, including related functional and security requirements
