is seeking a skilled Project Manager in Warsaw to lead IT projects through full lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and scope alignment. You will coordinate with Project Board and stakeholders, manage team tasks, and drive effective communication across the project environment. The role requires strong IT background, extensive PM experience, and certifications related to PRINCE2/PMP or PM2 Agile.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
At least 1 certification among: PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam.
Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager.
Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and methods.
Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies.
Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs.

Responsibilities

Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope.
Establishes and manages project controls to ensure milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope.
Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables.
Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies.
Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders.
Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members.
Plans and controls project products delivery processes.
Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project.
Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules). Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project.
Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations.
Organizes and conducts project meetings.
