Job summary

AL7587 GE Power Sp. z o.o. is seeking an engineer for the HGP DLE Team to advance lean product technology, qualify second sources, and support hardware quality and fulfillment. The role interfaces with design, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver high-quality GE hardware for service centers and customers.

The ideal candidate has MSc in Engineering with hands-on CAD/CAE experience (ANSYS, NX) and fluent English, and will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in Warsaw, Poland.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology and mechanical components.
• MSc in Engineering required.
• Proficient with CAD/CAE tools such as ANSYS and NX; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain to drive improvements and rapid disposition of deviant hardware.
• Support hardware qualifications for new processes and equipment.
• Apply HGP design/manufacturing knowledge to reduce cost and add value.
• Engage in QA, defect reduction and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Promote teamwork and maintain high quality and urgency.
