GE Vernova is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, repair, and calibrate Steam Turbine systems on-site. You will diagnose equipment, guide customers, supervise third-party tasks, and ensure safety and quality with thorough documentation and technical sign-offs.

The role requires a technical/university degree or equivalent experience, SEP 2 operations certificate, strong turbine knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel in Poland and internationally (80%+).

• technical/university degree or qualifying experience OR high school diploma/GED with experience in a Field Services role or equivalent qualifications
• experience in a field services or power generation equipment maintenance position
• SEP certificate for group 2 - operations
• solid understanding of Steam Turbine Operation and Controlling Parameters
• strong technical competence in basing steam turbines and auxiliaries services operations like: alignment, balancing, assessment, etc.
• valid driver’s license
• English proficiency required
• ability and willingness to travel in Poland and internationally (80%+)

Responsabilidades

• Administrative Management: Maintain timely documentation, including technical reports, job status updates, expense reports, and material logistics.
• Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor team members to share product and field engineering knowledge.
• Operational Flexibility: Support project requirements through extensive travel, overtime, and work on weekends/holidays as necessary.
• Organizational Alignment: Support core values and vision through proactive task management.
