GE Aerospace Poland Sp. z o.o. seeks an Advanced Lead Engineer to drive the design and development of composite components for aerospace applications. You will lead technical efforts, mentor engineers, and ensure integration of advanced composites into GE Aerospace products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials Science, or related field.
• Experience designing and analyzing composite components, preferably in aerospace.
• Proven expertise in composite materials properties and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of composite components to meet program requirements.
• Resolve complex technical challenges with robust, innovative solutions.
• Develop analytical techniques and simulation tools for composites.
• Oversee material selection and characterization with materials teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Implement design processes, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct and review design reviews.
• Stay abreast of trends in composites and manufacturing.
• Prepare and present technical reports and design documentation.
