Job summary

Woodward Inc. in Niepolomice, Poland, is seeking a Product Engineer to design and support electronics for aerospace actuators. You will collect customer requirements, guide cross‑functional teams, and participate in technical meetings with OEMs and aircraft manufacturers.

The role emphasizes hardware and software verification, DO-254/DO-178 and ISO-26262 familiarity, and strong analytical thinking. English and Polish proficiency are essential, with a hybrid work model and relocation/educational

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related.
4+ years of experience in electronics engineering.
Proven experience in complex analog and digital circuit design.
Knowledge of quality standards and DO-254/DO-178 and ISO-26262 appreciated.
Strong teamwork and communication; fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

Collect technical requirements from customers (OEMs, aircraft manufacturers).
Guide cross‑functional teams in diagnosing and addressing complex technical issues.
Participate in technical meetings with customers, preparing presentations on product functionality and integration.
Develop and perform functional and integration tests; support product qualification.
Analyze defects with Root Cause Analysis (RCA); verify software/hardware errors and coordinate corrective actions.
