GE Aerospace Warsaw is seeking an Advanced Lead Engineer to drive the design and development of composite components for aerospace applications. You will mentor engineers, lead technical efforts, and ensure integration of advanced composites into GE products.

We offer a flexible, hybrid working model and the chance to collaborate with an international team across laboratories, factories and repair shops worldwide.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or materials science.
• Experience in design and analysis of composite components for aerospace.
• Proficiency with design/analysis tools for composite structures.
• Strong leadership and mentoring of junior engineers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
