Job summary

Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. is hiring a C++/Linux Software Engineer (Associate or Experienced) to join our avionics software team in Poland. The role focuses on modern C++ development, Linux-based systems, and collaboration across international projects in a hybrid work setup.

The successful candidate will contribute to architecture, requirements, development, integration and testing for Boeing systems, while growing technical skills and working with a global engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• English proficiency for technical communication.
• Proficiency in modern C++ and Linux OS.

Responsibilities

• Utilize modern programming techniques and agile methods to build software for Boeing systems.
• Perform architecture, requirements, development, integration and testing activities.
• Contribute to project plans and help set achievable goals.
• Estimate projects and plan work streams.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders and peers to understand expectations.
• Foster a positive staff culture and team motivation.
