Job summary

Woodward Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking an Application Engineer to support project development and manufacturing transition for aerospace products.

You will work on design and sustainability of electronic devices that drive medium and high-power motors and solenoids, including control logic, inverter, and power stage. The role requires 4+ years in electronics engineering, with aerospace experience preferred, and strong English/Polish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in electronics or related field.
• 4+ years in electronics engineering; aerospace background preferred.
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and quality processes.
• Strong English and Polish communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret customer technical requirements.
• Guide cross-functional teams in diagnosing complex issues.
• Attend technical meetings and prepare product presentations.
• Develop and perform functional and integration tests; support qualification.
• Analyze defects; perform RCA and coordinate corrective actions.
