Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking a Technical Enablement Engineer who operates AI-first by default to build prompts, agent workflows, and knowledge systems for enterprise-scale enablement. You will work with Fortune 100 brands during onboarding, demos, and training, backed by AI agents you design and direct.

This role emphasizes architecture of the system where the production is driven by AI, not just by humans, delivering what used to require a full team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise community engagement or social media management platforms.
• Proven customer-facing chops with live demos, trainings, or onboarding for enterprise buyers.
• Strong product sense and writing quality; can turn goals into polished, audience-appropriate deliverables.
• Frontier AI fluency; capable of delegating real work to agents and choosing the right model for tasks.
• Ownership mindset; proactive, self-directed, and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Onboard enterprise customers onto community engagement and social media management products and run structured sessions.
• Deliver and prepare product demos for clients, prospects, and executives, including environments and dry runs.
• Own documentation and training across the product family, updating within days of releases using AI agents you build.
• Design and improve the AI-native system at the core of the role—prompts, skills, context, knowledge bases, feedback loops.
• Turn customer signals into actionable resources; convert onboarding friction into structured feedback and shared improvements.
• Maintain demo-readiness: environments, data sets, talk tracks, and storylines across the product family.
• Deliver structured async updates: daily check-ins, work logs, and weekly goal reports with demos.
