Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join its Microsoft Business Applications team in Poland. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and developing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within digital transformation projects.

You will combine consulting, technical, and business skills to drive process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration, including integration and migration work and pre-sales support.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
• Practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Experience in workshops, requirements gathering, and working with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in the Microsoft environment.
• Ability to design solutions that combine business needs with technical feasibility.
• Very good command of English for work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, requirements analysis and business process mapping.
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Execute integration and migration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Advise on selecting solutions meeting business needs.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and architects on end-to-end execution.
