Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join our Microsoft Business Applications team in Poland. You will design, implement, and develop solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform for digital transformation initiatives.

The role blends consulting, technical, and business skills with a focus on process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. You will participate in integration and migration projects and support pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience delivering workshop-based requirements analysis for business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ALM, integration, data migration within Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, requirements analysis, and business process mapping.
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Lead or support integration and migration projects in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Advise on solution choices that meet business needs and constraints.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and architects on end-to-end project execution.

We are looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join the Microsoft Business Applications team. The role involves designing, implementing, and developing solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in digital transformation projects.

The position combines consulting, technical, and business skills with a strong focus on process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities also include participation in integration and migration projects and supporting pre‑sales activities.

The ideal candidate can translate business needs into effective technological solutions and thrives in an environment combining consulting, delivery, and solution architecture.

Your tasks

• Conducting workshops, requirements analysis, and business process mapping
• Designing and implementing solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Executing integration and migration projects within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Advising on selecting solutions that meet the organization's business needs
• Collaborating with delivery teams and architects on end‑to‑end project execution
• Participating in pre‑sales activities, estimations, and solution concept preparation

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in projects based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
• Experience conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and working with business stakeholders
• Familiarity with system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in the Microsoft environment
• Ability to independently design solutions combining business and technical aspects
• Very good command of English enabling work in an international environment
• Required presence in Poland
