Sii Poland is seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join the Microsoft Business Applications team. You will design, implement, and develop Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in digital transformation projects.

You will combine consulting, technical and business skills, focusing on process analysis, solution design and stakeholder collaboration, including integration and migration work and supporting pre‑sales activities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Experience conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and working with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system integration, data migration, ALM, and governance in the Microsoft environment.
• Ability to independently design solutions combining business and technical aspects.
• Very good command of English enabling work in an international environment.
• Required presence in Poland.
