Job summary

Digest in Poland is seeking an experienced Lead Developer to take on managerial responsibilities within the product team. You will be involved in hands-on development while leading the team, ensuring high-quality software delivery and mentoring developers.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of F#, experience with Kubernetes, and good practices in microservices architecture. The role offers a dynamic environment with a focus on professional growth and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in F# programming language or experience with functional programming concepts.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with microservices and DDD.
• Good experience with unit tests and integration tests.
• Ability to use monitoring (Grafana/prometheus) and observability (ELK).
• Experience with Copilot to speed up your development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech leads and architects to define development standards.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Ensure high performance and scalability of developed solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product needs.
• Define technical guidelines based on business needs.
• Choose appropriate technologies for product needs.
• Lead and manage the development team.
• Mentor and coach developers on technical skills.
• Facilitate team meetings for effective communication.
• Participate in HR cycles and define assessment OKRs.
