Job summary

Thrive IT Systems is seeking a .NET Full Stack Lead Developer for a Poland-based remote role. The ideal candidate will lead a development team, drive architecture decisions and deliver scalable web applications using React on the frontend and ASP.NET Core on the backend.

You will design RESTful APIs, work with databases (SQL/NoSQL), and implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure, AKS, and Git, ensuring high performance and reliability across deployments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in React with strong state management using Redux or Context API.
• Hands-on experience with C# ASP.NET MVC Web API and Entity Framework.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Git; CI/CD practices.

Job Description:

• Should be proficient in using React to build dynamic high-performance user interfaces and have a deep understanding of component lifecycle state management using Redux or Context API and hooks
• Should have hands on experience with C# ASP.NET MVC Web API Entity Framework and designing RESTful APIs that interact seamlessly with frontend components
• Should have experience with database management systems like SQL like PostgreSQL MySQL or NoSQL such as MongoDB Cassandra
• Hands on experience on Azure Kubernetes Service(AKS)
• Should have hands on experience using version control systems such as Git and continuous integration continuous deployment CICD practices
• Should be able to design and optimize applications for scalability and performance
